BJJ – Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie New Jersey covers the full spectrum of grappling, from traditional gi fundamentals to no-gi grappling and advanced submission work. Students develop leverage, body mechanics, and submission technique in a structured progression that serves beginners and black belts alike. Whether you train in the kimono or shorts and a rash guard, every class builds the same core skills: control, defense, and the confidence to apply what you've learned.

Fighterzone Competition Team

The Competition Team Training consists of drilling techniques and positions, along with a healthy dose of live training. Any of our students who have developed a fundamental understanding of the basic techniques of Jiu Jitsu and are looking for good training are welcome to attend the Competition Team training sessions.
